If you anticipate being late, please communicate as early as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we will work with the remaining time available, and any adjustments to your appointment may be necessary. Please note, if we’re unable to proceed, your deposit will be forfeited. CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens! Please try your best to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours results in a forfeited deposit. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT Payments are accepted via Tap to Pay, Booking Site, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash. All appointments require a card on file, including those scheduled in person, online, or with gift certificates. Cards are stored *solely* for deposits and cancellation purposes. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE You will receive a text about 2-3 minutes before your appointment to let you know it’s time to come in. Please ensure your phone number is correct when booking. NO CALL / NO SHOW Never cool to ghost. A no-show will result in a forfeited deposit. To reschedule, a new appointment will require a 50% deposit. SICK POLICY If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone who tested positive, please cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees. I’ll be happy to welcome you back once everyone is feeling better! VISITORS Please try your best to arrange to come alone as the appointment is “you time”. If this isn’t possible, let me know in advance, and while I’ll do my best to accommodate, it may not always be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Please be mindful of cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. Giving more than a 24 hour notice, will ensure your deposit can be used to reschedule a new date/time. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you don’t reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
